UNS N07090, also known as Alloy 90, Nimonic 90 ®, is an high strength alloy for high temperature service up to 920°C.
Due to this Alloy 90 finds application in:
land based gas turbines and aerospace jet engines for blades, rings, discs and forgings in general.
It finds application also for tools in hot working process.
Main chemistry:
Ni balance ; Cr 18-21% ; Mn ≤ 1% ; Co 15-21% ; Al 1-2% ; Ti 2-3% max
